Perfect for high-heat cooking, it allows you to easily stir-fry and toss ingredients without the fatigue of traditional heavy woks. The thick bottom ensures excellent heat distribution and retention, while the lightweight design makes it effortless to handle.

For first-time use, it’s important to season the pan properly. Start by washing the pan with soapy water just to remove any fine surface dirt. Then, heat it gently over medium heat until any moisture evaporates. Turn off the heat, add about an inch of oil, and heat over low for three minutes. Discard the oil, let the pan cool, and wipe the surface with kitchen paper.
After each use, wash the pan while it's still warm with water and a soft sponge (avoid dish soap). Dry it thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of oil using kitchen paper.
