Shipping:

We ship every order directly, and quickly, from our warehouse in Yorkshire (North England, UK).

Unlike other retailers we never sell items we don't have in stock and available.

Orders can be sent around the world, and details of the countries we dispatch to are shown in the tables below, together with rates.

UK and Europe orders have flat rate shipping fees.

Rest of the World  countries the shipping is calculated based on order weight, so complete your basket and go to checkout to see the exact Shipping rates.

UK Mainland -

Nov/Dec 25 - Current delivery timescales UK mainland delivery is currently 2-5 days (due to peak times of year).

For urgent orders please select DPD at checkout - this is more expensive but it does ensure the quickest delivery to you.

After safely packing and boxing up your items, we dispatch orders using your chosen selection of DPD next day delivery or Royal Mail (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48) and for UK customers you will get updates by email or text, using the contact details you provide on your order.

UK mainland delivery charges vary by weight, or are free when you spend £75 or more.

Shipping options/costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket size and weight, determining the different options and courier services. So for example if you expect to see a Royal Mail option but don't, it's likely due to size or weight of your basket. For these medium-large boxes we use DPD.

UK Mainland only:

DPD upgrade options are available for Next Day By 12 or Next Day By 10:30 delivery.

Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands & Islands / Isle of Wight / Isle of Man / Scilly Isles / Jersey / Guernsey:

European orders -

We have tried to streamline orders to our European customers and make the process as straightforward as possible. No import tax or fees will be incurred to customers in the countries listed below, the relevant VAT for the EU member state will be charged at checkout and any additional fees will be covered by us.

Please see the below table of Shipping fees - these are charged on total orders regardless of size. All parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK using DPD, tracking details will be shared directly via email.

United States (from October 2025) - 

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, it has become significantly more complex and costly for us to send and for customers to receive items across the border. As a result, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States.

We know this will be disappointing for our US customers, and we're really sorry for the inconvenience. This was a difficult decision, and we hope to review and update our shipping options soon.

Rest of the World -

Unfortunately, due to shipping issues and returned parcels from the rest of world markets, we have temporarily had to halt any orders outside of UK and European countries (listed above). We hope to be able to switch back on these markets in Spring 2026.

Returns:

• We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you require an exchange or refund. 
• We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days from purchase.
• You can return your product in two ways; 1) by post or 2) returning the item to Redbrick Mill. However please contact us so we know it is coming.
• To be eligible for a refund/exchange all items must be returned unused and intact.
• Regrettably we are unable to refund items which are returned broken.
• Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
• Any exchanges will incur additional postage costs paid by you.

Breakages:

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products breakages can occur (although rarely), if you receive any broken items within your parcel please send us a photograph of the product on info@mij.co.uk alongside your purchase information. We can then issue a replacement.
